From Bowen to Energy Healing

I was a Bowen disciple when I lived in London and when I moved to Dorchester was delighted to find Debbie in Neal's Yard. More recently, however, I have experienced a lot of personal trauma and feeling on the point of collapse, I contacted Debbie with regard to counselling, using whatever she felt would be best. After three sessions, using the telephone, I felt so much better and able to cope and sleeping much better. I am 77 years old and to experience something new was, to me, a revelation. Thank-you Debbie - a very good start to the New Year!

Triathlon completed!

Just a quick update as my last review is the last one posted. Well I know she isn't Jesus but..............I DID IT! First triathlon completed today. 4 months from limping in to Debbie to this. No more words needed.

Back to my old self (with less of the old!)

Discovered Debbie by chance whilst visiting Neals Yard and so glad i did! First visit i reported pain (even on walking) from sciatica, a painful shoulder with associated neck pain (stopped my swimming) and a recently injured Achilles tendon! (definitely no running), so all in all not in a good state. Over the course of last year i had tried doctors, physios, and lots of ibuprofen with no real success. After just a few sessions of Bowen I could feel a big difference and after a few months I can report no shoulder or neck pain, i am running and swimming again and enjoying my cycling (is it my imagination that after Bowen I seem to travel faster and get up those hills with less effort?) and unbelievably am seriously considering my first triathlon aged 53 in a few months!

Oh, and for you ladies of a certain age flushes? Mine disappeared after the very first session. I could go on but I think you probably have got the message. Best thing I ever did and now consider Debbie a new friend.

Bowen Therapy

I went to see Debbie after having neck and shoulder pain for 3 months, I had 4 sessions and my pain has completely gone, it is amazing. I thoroughly recommend Debbie and the Bowen Therapy, I will continue to see Debbie for her treatments.

Trouble free!

On a one week cycling trip, Debbie kept me loose and pain/trouble free....despite a very high volume of training. She has multiple treatment methodologies in her toolkit and the Bowen was especially effective. I very highly recommend her...and look forward to engaging her again in the future!

Debbie kept me on the bike!!

Debbie was a lifesaver. I was on a one-week cycling trip in Mallorca. With low back problems due to injuries, massage is critical. I've had thousands of massages over the years. Debbie was one of the best masseurs I've ever had. I can't recommend her strongly enough. You won't be disappointed.

Bowen Technique

Debbie is an intuitive, engaging and gentle therapist, with a reassuring manner. I highly recommend her Bowen Technique at Neals Yard. I experienced a tranquil safe space where healing of my neck problem was eased at the first session. This healing took place on many different levels.I will most certainly continue her treatments.

Cannot find enough praise for Debbie and Bowen treatment. After trying physio, acupuncture, and chiropractic for Scoliosis, her treatment was like magic. Even when I had sciatica I crawled in with a stick and walked out without one ! Have also converted my Husband, who had a painful knee recently and is on the mend. Amazing.
